Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. In the interest of comfort and safety for all guests we have a strict no-smoking policy throughout the hotel.
2. Check-in from 2.00pm and checkout at 11.00am We are happy to store luggage outside of these times (if you require an earlier check-in please call in advance of your stay)
3. Cancellations must be made by noon on the day prior to arrival.
4. Group bookings of 8 persons or more must give 1 weeks notice to prevent the first night being charged.
5. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the first night being charged.
6. There is a 2% processing fee charged on all Visa & MasterCard payments.
7. This booking facility validates cards only, payment is to be made upon arrival at the hotel by credit/debit or cheque with valid guarantee card.
